Our coaching services
COACHING
Personal coaching is the right choice for you if you want to boost your work role, learn to prioritise, and discover new aspects of yourself – and forget your old ways of interacting or communicating that just don’t work.
During the coaching, you will discover why you act the way you do, develop your communication skills, and strengthen your identity as a leader.
The coaching journey will help you identify your pain points, set boundaries without guilt, and make better use of your emotional intelligence. You’ll discover what’s holding you back – and find a balance that supports both you and your organisation!
TRAINING
When your organisation needs an expert to develop or boost workplace dynamics, inspire or strengthen new interaction methods, a few hours or a full day of training is the right choice.
Our training will look at what makes us act the way we do in a team, or behave the way we do within our interactions with people.
In the training, we will also practise the use of verbal tools, and learn how to give constructive feedback in a way that is appreciative, not critical.
KEYNOTE
Pauliina’s keynote speeches focus on leadership development, personal change, interaction skills, and giving feedback. She helps the audience to discover their own strengths and use them creatively and emotionally in both leadership and personal development.
What make Pauliina’s keynotes particularly inspiring are her deep and wide-ranging expertise, an enthusiasm that extends all the way to the back row, and a warm sense of self-irony that allows the audience to see their own pain points – gently but firmly enabling change. Pauliina creates a warm and safe atmosphere where even the difficult issues are easier to face.
