“I graduated as a psychotherapist from the Gestalt Institute of Scandinavia (GIS) in 2011, and have also studied sensorimotor and body-oriented psychotherapy, which promotes our understanding of our body and mind being one entity and not two separate things. My educational background also includes mindfulness. I have been drawn to this training by a lifelong interest in human interaction.
When I think back, it was the same interest that led me to apply to the Theatre Academy (TEAK) in 1990. In fact, I was more interested in what internal events influenced the roles I interpreted and acted.
In 1994, I found myself as a newly graduated actor at a crossroads. During my studies I had supported myself as a journalist for the Finnish Broadcasting Company YLE. I worked with inspiring colleagues in a creative environment. The programmes I made for both television and radio always had one and the same common element. They were about people asking the same questions: “Who am I, what do I want and where am I going?” Once again, I felt my interest was focused on the ‘stage’ within each of us. So I stayed for almost ten years at YLE.
As part of the diverse Unicoaches team, my contribution is to support you in exploring your own inner stage. I want to give you the opportunity to explore what motivates you. Whether it’s your dreams, your fears, your inner conflicts, or your expectations. With me, you will find a new awareness of your own patterns of action, which will create opportunities for you to make new and different choices.
I feel that all of us on this team share the same theme when it comes to our values; the more we get to know ourselves, the stronger and better we become as leaders of ourselves and others.

“I am a strategist with a strong background in leadership, design and data-driven business development. Along the way, I have been building management teams of Fonecta, Aller, and A-lehdet to transform media companies to orientate towards mobile, social, and data-driven growth. Prior to that, I was Head of Electronic Channels at Telia Finland, responsible for e-commerce, self-service, and e-marketing as a whole. In total, I my experience in design, data and multi-channel service development extends all the way back to 1998.
My key strengths are the ability to build clear strategies and lead the change that this requires. I am goal-oriented and solution-oriented combined with an inspirational approach. These have been the drivers behind many successful reforms. My passion is to build world-class services that deliver growth, transform the industry, and create positive impact in their environment.
And for this change to happen, we need curious and ever-changing people. I want to be there to support them.
